Necklace “Magic Square by Albrecht Dürer (gold plated)

The necklace is a true small work of art. Made of bronze, to honor the millenniums-long artistic tradition of bronze sculpture, this pendant is gold-plated to add another layer of elegance to this exquisite object.

Suspended either on a chain 45 cm long or on a black cord 45 cm long plus an adjustment chain 4,5 cm. Available in three options: gold plated, covered in white bronze or in black ruthenium.

Necklace from the “Magic Square” collection, plated in gold, inspired by Albrecht Dürer’s famous print “Melancholia I” (1514). “Melancholia I” is a work of art full of mysterious symbols, the most enigmatic and full of possible meanings of which is the famous magic square, whose magic sum is 34. Each row, column, diagonal, 4 squares in the middle, 4 squares in the corner… In Dürer’s square there are almost 90 different combinations, which give the sum of 34!
